Jo-Solo – Scotland Recordings (September 2023)
After winning a competition at CELTIC MUSIC RADIO, I was invited to travel to Scotland for studio recordings at the Isle of Arran Recording Studios. It was a fantastic trip. The tracks “Celtic Tree” and “Toast to a Special Man” were written and composed by me especially for these recordings. “Deep in Your Dream” is one of my first songs ever written and has been a companion for many years. I’m proud to be able to record a special version of this song on the Isle of Arran. The track “Caledonia” is one of my all time favourite Folk songs. So this Scottish anthem could not be missed on my Scotland Recordings. All songs were recorded at Isle of Arran Recording Studios and finalised at Rotten Avocado Studios.

ARRAN WINNER JOHANNES ENJOYS A SPECIAL STUDIO SESSION
Winning a Celtic Music Radio competition saw German musician, Johannes Meiser travelling to Arran for a special weekend recording session. His host, Stan Robertson, owner of the Isle of Arran Recording Studio in Lochranza, teamed up with the volunteer-led station to offer the prize. Full story here

Produced for an internet client in USA – Brief: A Spanish/flamenco feel. Stan wrote, recorded and played all of the instruments! Stan says, “It’s all part of our in-house ‘Jingle’ service.”
